All services are non refundable. This includes Reiki, Tarot, Crystal Healing, Home Energy Clearing, Birthchart Calculation, & Reiki Packages. Also included are monthly events, special events and gift cards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at moonflowerreiki@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
