Your first Reiki session with us
We start by talking, really talking. You tell us what brought you in, in your own words, and as you speak, we help your throat chakra open. We pull an oracle card, too, so the guidance has layers, not just one answer.
Then you rest on the table, while we offer gentle Reiki, hands on or hands above, with soft subliminal meditation music, Tibetan bowls, and Palo santo in the room. You drift into a deep, quiet relaxation.
You leave feeling grounded and a little lighter, with simple aftercare to take home.
